This interactive workshop introduces participants to the fundamentals of successful grant writing. Attendees will learn how to identify appropriate funding opportunities, understand what funders are looking for, and craft strong grant proposals. This workshop is ideal for nonprofit staff, board members, and volunteers who are new to grant writing or looking for a refresher.
The workshop will be facilitated by Lili Leonard of Black Dog Philanthropic Consulting. Lili is a seasoned fundraising professional with more than 15 years of experience. In addition to her consulting work, Lili regularly designs and facilitates fundraising trainings for cohorts of nonprofits, often in partnership with community foundations and sector leaders.
Hosted by the Mid-Shore Community Foundation, this workshop is designed to blend expert instruction with peer learning and connection. Space is limited and registration is required.
